Sinotruk Group and ZF signed a new round of strategic cooperation framework agreement in Shanghai on the afternoon of April 19. Xuguang Tan, chairman of Sinotruk Group, attended the event and signed. Peter Lyle, Member of the Board of Directors of ZF Group and President of Commercial Vehicles Division, Sinotruk General Manager Wang Zhijian delivered a speech and signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

Peter Lyle said Sinotruk has made great progress in recent years to become a leading player in China's heavy-duty truck industry and having an important influence in the global heavy-duty truck market. ZF will continue to provide Sinotruk with the most advanced technologies, and continue to enhance both sides' competitive advantages and leading position in the global commercial vehicle industry.

Zhijian Wang said that in the future, the two sides will comprehensively expand deep chain innovation in new fields such as electric drive and intelligent driving, jointly meet the challenges of low-carbon and intelligent transformation, provide customers with world-class differentiated solutions, and continue to lead the development of the commercial vehicle industry.
